Retirement Plan Contribution Details. a) The Employer’s contributions to the RSP Plan and Pension Plan will be non-refundable once received by the Union and will vest immediately in the employee on whose behalf the deposit was made. b) The Union acknowledges and agrees that, other than remitting contributions to the Plans as set out in this Article, the Employer shall not be obligated to contribute toward the cost of retirement benefits provided by the RSP and Pension Plans or be responsible for providing such benefits.
