Retrenchment by Xxxxxx. X. Xxxxxx is the involuntary reduction in the number of Academic Advisors for educational, business, or economic reasons other than for cause or non-reappointment. Not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to issuing a notice of layoff as provided in Section 4 below, the Xxxxxxx will call a special conference in the event the University is considering the layoff of Academic Advisors. The purpose of the special conference will be to inform Association representatives of the contemplated decrease in the work force and to receive input regarding possible alternatives as described in Section 7 below.

  • 222 Termination by Forest Service This contract may be terminated by written notice from Contracting Officer, if there is Catastrophic Damage and Purchaser does not agree, under B8.32, within 30 days of receipt from Contracting Officer of contract modifications proposed to permit the harvest of the catastrophe- affected timber.

  • – TERMINATION BY EITHER CONTRACTING PARTY Either contracting party may, of its own volition and without being required to pay compensation, terminate the Contract by serving sixty days’ formal prior notice.   • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for the Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Termination for Convenience by The District The District may terminate this Agreement for convenience, for any reason or no reason at all, on fourteen (14) days advance written notice to Contractor. This advance written notice shall be deemed to have been given on the date the notice is sent by the District to the address for written notices provided below by hand delivery, U.S. Mail, commercial delivery service, such as Fed Ex or UPS, or fax. If this Agreement is so terminated, then the District shall only pay Contractor for goods and/or services provided by Contractor and accepted by the District up to, through, and including the date of termination. Following the termination of this Agreement under this Section, the parties’ duties to one another shall cease except for those obligations that shall survive the termination of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the District’s payment obligations for goods and/or services accepted by the District before the date of termination, and the Contractor’s duties to insure and/or indemnify the District and to cooperate with any audit. Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section shall not limit either of the parties’ remedies for any breach of this Agreement.

  • 341 Termination by Forest Service (a) The Chief or the Chief’s designee may unilaterally terminate this contract, in whole or in part, for any of the reasons set forth in paragraph (a) of B8.33.

  • DISCONNECTION AND RELOCATION (a) The Licensee shall, at its sole cost and expense, protect, support, temporarily disconnect, relocate in the same street, or other public way and place, or remove from any street or any other public ways and places, any of its property as required by the Issuing Authority or its designee by reason of traffic conditions, public safety, street construction, change or establishment of street grade, or the construction of any public improvement or structure by any Town department acting in a governmental capacity.
