Common use of Retroactive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20062010-2007 2011, 2011-2012 and 20072012-2008 2013 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20062014-2007 2015, 2015-2016 and 20072016-2008 2017 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20062003-2007 2004, 2004-2005, and 20072005-2008 2006 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20062001-2007 2002, 2002-2003 and 20072003-2008 2004 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.
