Common use of Retroactive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20142010-20152011, 20152011-2016 2012 and 20162012-2017 2013 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20142006-2015, 20152007 and 2007-2016 and 2016-2017 2008 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20142003-20152004, 20152004-2016 2005, and 20162005-2017 2006 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.

Retroactive Compensation. Compensation paid pursuant to this Article shall be paid only to unit members who are officially employed by the San Diego Unified School District at the time of Board of Education adoption of the 20142001-20152002, 20152002-2016 2003 and 20162003-2017 2004 salary schedules, respectively, and to unit members who retire or are laid off between July 1 and the date of Board adoption in the applicable year.
