Committee Representatives. The Board will request the Association to appoint representatives to various systemwide commit- tees, administrator advisory committees, and labor management committees for other associa- tions. These representatives will be expected to gather feedback from their peers so that they are truly representing the interests of MCAAP members.
Committee Representatives. The Association shall be responsible for appointing or electing representatives to committees charged with making decisions or recommendations which affect the terms and conditions of employment of unit members covered under this Agreement. Excluded from this provision are committees that are advisory in nature only.
Committee Representatives. The Union and the Chair of the Employer’s Negotiation Committee shall advise each other of the members selected to their respective Committees at least thirty (30) days prior to the date on which negotiations are to commence. The number of Employees on the Union’s Negotiating Committee shall not exceed eight (8) plus the PEINU President and Executive Director.
Committee Representatives. Each Party shall initially appoint [***] representatives to each Committee. Each Committee may change its size from time to time; provided, that the JSC and JDC shall each consist at all times of an equal number of representatives of each of Pliant and NVS. Each Committee representative shall have appropriate knowledge and expertise and sufficient seniority (including for at least one such Committee representative of a Party, budgetary authority, as applicable) within the applicable Party to make decisions (if any) arising within the scope of the applicable Committee's responsibilities. Each Party may replace its representatives on any Committee upon written notice to the other Party. Each Party shall appoint one (1) of its representatives on each Committee to act as a co-chairperson of such Committee. The responsibility for running each meeting of each Committee shall alternate between the co-chairpersons of such Committee from meeting-to-meeting, with [***]'s co-chairperson running the first meeting of each Committee. The co-chairpersons of each Committee shall jointly prepare and circulate agendas to such Committee's representatives before each such Committee meeting and shall direct the preparation of reasonably detailed documentation for each such Committee meeting, which shall be approved by the Committee's co-chairpersons and circulated to Committee representatives within [***] days of such meeting.
Committee Representatives. The Association shall select representatives for the following committees specified in this Agreement: Placement and Course Evaluation, MAA, Extended School Year, Performance Appraisal, Special Education Housing, Lottery and other committees which are established to implement sections of the Agreement. Release time, if needed, will be provided for meetings of these committees.
Committee Representatives. (a) The Committee comprises representatives for each of the State (including the Port Authority and LandCorp), the Native Title Party, the Foundation Proponent and when applicable, any Additional Proponent.
(b) Each Committee party will have equal representation on the Committee.
Committee Representatives. 13.4.3.3.1 Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the union agree to establish and maintain a Job Evaluation Appeal Committee which, subject to the other provisions of this article, will provide an accelerated mechanism for resolving disputes arising from requests for re-evaluation.
13.4.3.3.2 The JEAC shall have the authority to adjudicate classification disputes between employees and Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
13.4.3.3.3 The JEAC shall, in accordance with the job evaluation tool, direct that one (1) of the following take place in respect of each appeal: that the appealed position be designated to an existing pay band; or that the re-evaluation decision is correct and will be upheld resulting in the appeal being denied; or that no appropriate pay band exists and that a new pay band be developed to accommodate the appealed job.
13.4.3.3.4 Decisions of the JEAC are final and binding upon Saskatchewan Polytechnic, the union, and the employee and are not subject to grievance.
13.4.3.3.5 If the JEAC cannot make a decision, the chairperson will make a decision that is final and binding.
Committee Representatives. Persons serving on the Operations Committee are referred to as Representatives (or alternates) and shall serve without compensation from EPSCA.
Committee Representatives. Such written consent or a record of such electronic transmission shall be filed with the records of the Management Committee.
Committee Representatives. (i) Where a Committee Person is on the off shift, he/she shall be placed on a permanent day shift.
(ii) The Chairperson and the requested Committee person or xxxxxxx of the shift involved may leave their work for the purpose of investigating or settling grievances, provided they have given notice to their respective supervisor and where permission has not been granted due to operational concerns for the Company, the parties shall work together to schedule a more appropriate time but in no case, longer than 24 hours.
