Return and Reallocation of Awards. If Team is disqualified pursuant to Section 3.2 after Team has received any Award and the basis of such disqualification is conduct occurring prior to Team receiving the Award but is discovered after Team received the Award, then Team shall return such Award to Milken within five days of request by Milken and Milken shall have sole and absolute discretion to reallocate such Award.
