Return Charges. (A) Return Charges For Short-term Storage Energy returned from short-term storage pursuant to paragraph 9(i)(1), Regular Storage, shall be paid for at the following rates.
Return Charges. All Non-complying Products returned by CLIENT to D&K will be at CLIENT’S expense. All replacement or repaired CLIENT Products shipped by D&K to CLIENT to replace Non-complying Products, shall be at D&K’s expense. Non-complying product returned to Any Non-complying Product returned by CLIENT which, after inspection by D&K, is found to be compliant with the mutually agreed upon Acceptance Criteria and Requirements at the time of shipment, will be shipped back to CLIENT or scrapped at CLIENT’S expense, and reasonable charges associated with inspection, testing and handling will be invoiced to CLIENT.
Return Charges. All Noncomplying and failing OEM Products returned by -------------- HP to Foundry, and all replacement or repaired OEM Products shipped by Foundry to HP to replace Noncomplying or failing OEM Products, will be at Foundry's risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired OEM Products).
Return Charges. All Non-conforming Product returned to Supplier, and all replacement Product shipped by Supplier, [***].
Return Charges. All Noncomplying Products returned by Philips to Supplier, and all replacement or repaired OEM Products shipped by Supplier to Philips to replace Noncomplying Products, will be at Supplier's risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired OEM Products).
Return Charges. All Noncomplying Products returned by GEMS-IT to Supplier, and all replacement or repaired OEM Products shipped by Supplier to GEMS-IT to replace Noncomplying Products, will be at Supplier’s risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired OEM Products).
Return Charges. All Non-Complying goods returned by SFE to Seller and all replacement or repaired Goods shipped by Seller to SFE to replace Non-Complying Goods, will be at Seller’s risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired goods).
Return Charges. All Noncomplying Oasys Products returned by -------------- Larscom to Oasys, and all replacement or repaired Oasys Products shipped by Oasys to Larscom to replace Noncomplying Oasys Products, shall be shipped each way at Oasys' expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or reworked Oasys Products). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oasys determines that Oasys Products returned hereunder do not constitute "Noncomplying Oasys Products," Larscom shall reimburse Oasys for any and all its shipping and handling costs hereunder.
Return Charges. All OEM Products not complying with the product warranty in Section 10.1 that are returned by ********* to Supplier, and all replacement or repaired OEM Products shipped by Supplier to ********* to replace such OEM Products, shall be at Supplier's risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired OEM Products).
Return Charges. All Noncomplying Products returned by Agilent to Supplier, and all replacement or repaired OEM Products shipped by Supplier to Agilent to replace Noncomplying Products, will be at Supplier’s risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired OEM Products). If Agilent returns Products which are not Noncomplying Products, then the shipment of those Products to Supplier and then back to Agilent shall be at Agilent's expense, and Agilent shall pay Supplier's normally hourly charges for time spent testing such Products and investigating such claim.
