Client Products definition

Client Products means the Dell branded commercial computer products intended for use by a single user, and generally include notebook, desktop, and tablet platforms listed at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, for example: Dell OptiPlex™, Latitude™, Venue™, Inspiron™, Precision™, Vostro™, XPS™, Gateway Edge, Embedded PCs, Dell Wyse™, Dell printers, and Dell monitors as listed on the Supplier quote, and in a standard configuration unless otherwise stated on the Supplier quote.
Client Products means any Products sold in the Client eStore that are supplied to the Company eStore by Client.
Client Products means all software and hardware products that Client either owns or licenses or otherwise obtains from Third Parties, along with any and all user documentation, technical information and any module, specification, system, instruction, program or other proprietary materials, which Client either delivers to Symphony or to which Client provides Symphony access.

Examples of Client Products in a sentence

  • WuXi Biologics will provide [***] assistance to enable such Third Party Manufacturer to manufacture Client Product, provided, however, it is the Third Party Manufacturer’s full responsibility to manufacture such Client Product after the transfer, WuXi Biologics will not be responsible for the Third Party Manufacturer’s success or failure to manufacture any Client Products.

  • All definitions set forth in the General Terms apply to the Client Products, in addition to the definitions stated below.

Client Products means any products and services of the Client and/or members of its group that are advertised on the Website. “Client Website Content” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.2.
Client Products means all services and products manufactured, marketed, and distributed by Client under its own brands.
