Return from Extended Leaves of Absence. 11.6.1 If a request for a disposition (extension, request to return, or resignation) of an extended leave of absence has not been submitted in writing to the Human Resources department prior to March 1 of each year, leave of absence benefits will not be granted and the teacher's folder will be placed in the inactive file and his/her employment terminated.
