Rights Under Railway Labor Act. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit, restrict, or abridge the rights or privileges accorded either to the crewmember or to the Company, the Association or to their duly accredited representatives under the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended. WAIVER NOTICE In accordance with Article 7.B.2.a. of the labor agreement between United Parcel Service and the Independent Pilots Association, a crewmember has the right to Association representation in connection with any hearing or meeting which may result in the loss of pay, loss of a benefit, suspension or discharge. To the extent that the Agreement fails to afford employees the overtime or compensatory time off benefits to which they are entitled under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Agreement is amended to authorize and direct all City Departments to ensure that their employees receive, at a minimum, such Fair Labor Standards Act Benefits.

  • Release of Claims Under Age Discrimination in Employment Act Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive agrees that by executing this Release, [he] [she] has released and waived any and all claims [he] [she] has or may have as of the date of this Release for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.
