Return from Leave Of Absence Without Pay. Return from leave of absence without pay is subject to the following provisions: 8.4.1 Employees on leave for sixty (60) work days or less will be granted their former position and returned to work upon presentation of a physician’s statement that the employee is capable to resume regular duties. Leaves may be granted for other reasons at the discretion of the Employer. 8.4.2 Return from leaves of absence without pay in excess of the time limits specified in 9.4.1 above are subject to the following provisions: 8.4.2.1 Return from leave to be requested in writing fifteen (15) days prior to termination of leave.
