Common use of Return of an Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Return of an Aircraft. If the Buyer and the Seller mutually agree, prior to such return, that it is necessary to return an Aircraft to the Seller for accomplishment of a warranty correction, the Seller shall bear the direct costs of fuel, [*] and landing fees to and from the Seller’s facilities for such return of the Aircraft. [*] The Buyer shall make its reasonable efforts to minimize the duration of the corresponding flights.
