Return of Bid Guaranties. Within sixty (60) days after the bids are opened, the District shall return the bid guaranties accompanying each of the bids that are not to be considered in making the award. All other bid guaranties shall be held until the contract has been fully executed, after which they shall be returned to the respective bidders whose bids they accompany. The District will return all bid guaranties within a reasonable time but in no event later than sixty (60) days from date of the award.
