Common use of Return of City Property Clause in Contracts

Return of City Property. All employees leaving city employment shall return all city owned property and equipment issued to the employee. Failure to do so will result in the withholding of all pay and benefits otherwise due the employee. In the event the employee has used the purchase plan (radio equip.) the item purchased must be returned to the city or the item must be paid in full before the employee receives any final pay due the employee.
