Return of Confidential and/or Proprietary Information. Upon the request of the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party will promptly return all copies and other tangible manifestations of the Confidential and/or Proprietary Information. As used in this Section, tangible manifestations include human readable media as well as magnetic and digital storage media. In the event that return of all tangible manifestations is not practicable, the Party may propose an alternative process to ensure the verifiable destruction of such tangible manifestations. Such alternative process must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties prior to implementation.
