Return of Funds. Any funds deposited with the Auction Agent hereunder by the Fund for any reason, including but not limited to redemption of shares of MuniPreferred of any series, that remain unpaid after ninety days shall be repaid to the Fund upon the written request of the Fund, together with interest, if any, earned thereon.
