Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
