RETURN OF THE ITEM. At the end of the Rental Agreement, whatever the cause, and in particular in the cases of termination referred to in Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions of Rental, the Owner has the choice between the return of the Item or the storage of the Item by LPSA, this option being taken upon acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The conditions for the return of the Item, and in particular the description of the return costs, are described in the Special Terms and Conditions of Rental. The return will be made by default to the Owner’s address as mentioned in the Special Terms and Conditions of Rental, or to any other address that it will indicate to the Tenant. When the Owner opts for LPSA to retain the Item at the end of the Rental Agreement, it permanently relinquishes to LPSA its ownership right to the Item and authorises LPSA to destroy it in whole or in part, or to use all or part of its components for recycling. By mutual agreement between the Parties, the Item will be considered to have no market value at the end of the agreement given the deterioration that it has suffered by its use throughout the rental period. To protect and definitively release the Owner from any liability, and to ensure a final legal transfer of the obligations borne by the Owner, the Item will then be considered as having been transferred for €1 to the Tenant, this price being included in the payment of the rent by the Tenant.

  • RETURN OF THE VEHICLE a) The Hirer shall at or before the expiry of the Term of Hire, deliver the Vehicle (including Vehicle keys) to the branch or Return Location stated in the Rental Agreement, or, subject to these Terms and Conditions, obtain JUCY’s consent to the amendment or continuation of the hire. (Note: No refund is available to the Hirer if the Vehicle is returned earlier than the Return Date stated in the Rental Agreement).

  • Return of Funds Contractor will return any overpayments due to unearned funds or funds disallowed pursuant to the terms of the Contract that were disbursed to the Contractor. The Contractor must return any overpayment within forty (40) calendar days after either discovery by the Contractor, its independent auditor, or notification by the Department or Customer of the overpayment.

  • Return of Company Property Upon termination of my employment or upon Company’s request at any other time, I will deliver to Company all of Company’s property, equipment, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Inventions, Third Party Information or Confidential Information and certify in writing that I have fully complied with the foregoing obligation. I agree that I will not copy, delete, or alter any information contained upon my Company computer or Company equipment before I return it to Company. In addition, if I have used any personal computer, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare or transmit any Company information, including but not limited to, Confidential Information, I agree to provide the Company with a computer-useable copy of all such Confidential Information and then permanently delete and expunge such Confidential Information from those systems; and I agree to provide the Company access to my system as reasonably requested to verify that the necessary copying and/or deletion is completed. I further agree that any property situated on Company’s premises and owned by Company is subject to inspection by Company’s personnel at any time with or without notice. Prior to the termination of my employment or promptly after termination of my employment, I will cooperate with Company in attending an exit interview and certify in writing that I have complied with the requirements of this section.

  • Return or Destruction (a) As requested by the Furnishing Party during the Agreement Term, the Receiving Party will return or provide the Furnishing Party a copy of any designated Confidential Information of the Furnishing Party.

  • Return to Position Upon return from FMLA leave, the employee shall be returned to the same or equivalent position in the same class and work location, including the same shift or equivalent schedule, unless the University and the employee agree in writing to other conditions and terms under which such leave is to be granted.

  • Return to Duty The SAPC will meet with a Covered Employee who has tested positive for alcohol and/or drugs. The SAPC will discuss what course of action may be appropriate, if any, and assistance from which the employee may benefit, if any, and will communicate a proposed return-to-work plan, if necessary, to the employee and department. The SAPC may recommend that the Covered Employee voluntarily enter into an appropriate rehabilitation program administered by the Covered Employee’s health insurance carrier prior to returning to work. The Covered Employee may not return to work until the SAPC certifies that the employee has a negative test prior to returning to work. In the event that the SAPC does not schedule a return-to-work test before the Covered Employee’s return-to-work date, the SAPC shall arrange for the Covered Employee to take a return-to-work test within three (3) working days of the Covered Employee notifying the SAPC in writing of a request to take a return-to-work test. If a Covered Employee fails a return-to-work test, the employee shall be placed on unpaid leave until testing negative but shall not be subject to any additional discipline due to a non-negative return-to- work test. The SAPC will provide a written release to the appropriate department or division certifying the employee’s right to return to work.

  • RETURN TO PREVIOUS POSITION A promoted employee who is dismissed during his probationary period, except if the cause warrants action to dismiss him from the County Service, shall return to the position in which he held permanent status, if vacant, or any other vacant position in his former classification unless all positions in that classification are filled. The employee so dismissed may write a letter for inclusion in his permanent personnel file. Upon a return to his former position in the same agency or department, the employee shall not serve a new probationary period. In the absence of such vacancy in the agency or department in which he held permanent status, the dismissed probationary employee may either:

  • Return The Security Deposit or the balance thereof shall be returned by the Landlord to the Tenant within days after the termination of the Lease or in accordance with the applicable law on Security Deposit, whichever is sooner. In the event that the Landlord shall make any allowable deduction, the Landlord shall provide the tenant with an itemized list of all deductions made specifying the amounts and the respective expenses to which the Security Deposit or parts of it was applied.

  • Return or Destruction of PHI At termination of this Agreement, Business Associate hereby agrees to return or destroy all PHI provided by or obtained on behalf of Covered Entity. Business Associate agrees not to retain any copies of the PHI after termination of this Agreement. If return or destruction of the PHI is not feasible, Business Associate agrees to extend the protections of this Agreement to limit any further use or disclosure until such time as the PHI may be returned or destroyed. If Business Associate elects to destroy the PHI, it shall certify to Covered Entity that the PHI has been destroyed.

  • Return to Former Position (a) An employee who has had at least 12 months' continuous service with an employer immediately before commencing part-time employment after the birth or placement of a child has, at the expiration of the period of such part-time employment or the first period, if there is more than one, the right to return to his or her former position.
