Return to Full-Time Position. 1. Job-sharing employees will be returned to full-time employment the following year. 2. Whenever possible, unit members sharing contracts shall be returned to the position held prior to the sharing of a contract. If not, transfer provisions shall apply. 3. Employees returning to full-time status will be entitled to the same rights as any other certificated staff member in determining their assignment for the following school year.
