Return to School After Taking a Sick Leave Day. When returning to school after taking a sick leave day, the teacher shall be required to submit a written form "Verification of Absence" which is provided by the school. This form is to be counter-signed by the Building Principal, who will then forward it to the Central Administration Office. This form is necessary in order to maintain accurate and documented employee payroll records, and it is the teacher's responsibility to see that it is submitted.
