Returning from Uncompensated Leave. A. Upon return following an uncompensated leave of absence for advanced study, the teacher shall return to a base salary equal to the amount the teacher earned at the onset of the uncompensated leave. B. Upon return following an uncompensated leave, the teacher’s previous basic salary will be paid.
