Common use of Returning to Formerly Held Position Clause in Contracts

Returning to Formerly Held Position. An employee returning to a formerly held position during the qualifying period as per Article 18.09 shall do so without loss of seniority and accrued benefits and shall be slotted at the increment step to which she would have been entitled had the promotion/transfer not occurred. These terms and conditions apply for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date she commences work in the new position.
