RETURNING TO FULL-TIME POSITION. If the district terminates the job share, the employees will be covered under layoff and recall procedures as per the contract. If a participant decides to end the job share at any time, the teacher may apply for any available position, or may take a voluntary layoff. The remaining job share participant can either seek a new job share partner and make application to continue the job share or take the position as a full-time position.
