Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
Product Claims You acknowledge that Company, not an App Distributor, is responsible for addressing any claims of yours or any third party relating to the Company application or your possession and/or use of the Company application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Company application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Delays and Complaints Delivery delays and service complaints will be monitored on a continual basis. Documented inability to perform under the conditions of the contract, via the Complaint to Vendor process (PUR 7017 form) contemplated for this Contract, may result in default proceedings and cancellation.
