Return Condition. Upon return (other than a return upon a Casualty Occurrence where provisions of Section 8 shall apply) and at Lessee's expense (or at Lessor's expense as specified in Section 6(a)), the Aircraft must satisfy all of the following conditions:
(i) The Aircraft must be in an airworthy and serviceable condition, meet all of the applicable regulations of the FAA, and have a valid and continuing FAA certificate of airworthiness;
(ii) The Aircraft must be returned with all equipment, parts, components, passenger service items and other accessories that were on or in the Aircraft when delivered to Lessee in a serviceable condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) or with an equivalent or better replacement thereof;
(iii) All exterior paint and interior components (including, without limitation, paint, carpet, fabric and wood paneling) must be in the same good appearance as when the Aircraft was delivered to Lessee (ordinary wear and tear excepted), and any Lessee identification or logo in or on the Aircraft shall have been removed by Lessee;
(iv) The Aircraft must be returned with all and complete originals of the logs, manuals, certificates, data, inspection, modification and overhaul records that were on or in the Aircraft when delivered to Lessee or are required to be obtained and maintained by Lessee hereunder (or if originals are not available, then any consequences of or conditions to use of new logs and new maintenance records under FAA rules and regulations shall be observed or complied with), and all entries therein must be complete, correct and current, and in the case of any modifications made to, or supplemental type certificates incorporated in, the Aircraft, all engineering documents and drawings therefor must also be returned;
(v) The Aircraft shall undergo a reasonable inspection or inspections or a flight test or tests, as required in Lessor's discretion, resulting in Lessor's determination that the Aircraft and all parts, components, systems and records comply with FAA standards at that date and meet all of the above conditions. If Lessee does not return the Aircraft in accordance with the above condition, (A) Lessor may make (or cause to be made) any repairs reasonably necessary to restore the Aircraft to the required condition, (B) Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for any costs, expenses and fees related to such restoration (including, without limitation, costs and expenses incurred as a result of actions pursuant to the parenthetica...
Return Condition. Prior to returning the Equipment you must clean it and decontaminate it.
Return Condition. The City may not remove any fixtures that are built-into or attached to any portion of the facilities or that were paid for with YMCA funds. Upon termination of this Agreement, the City shall ensure that it has fully cleaned the Facilities (or will conduct a full cleaning of the Facilities within forty-eight
Return Condition. Equipment condition will be inspected by the District before rental and upon return.
Return Condition. Upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Lessee shall, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, demobilize and prepare the Equipment for return to Lessor. The Equipment shall be free and clear of oil and other substances and in the same condition as received except for ordinary wear and tear. Lessor may elect to (i) retrieve the Equipment from the site at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, or (ii) direct Lessee to deliver the Equipment to location designated by Lessor, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, and Lessee shall promptly undertake al efforts to carry out Lessor’s election above.
Return Condition. The vehicle must be returned clean, with a full tank of gas, and in the same condition as when received. Exterior dust which can be removed with a quick hose-off is acceptable. If any additional cleaning is necessary, either internal or external, the renter will be charged a Cleaning Fee of $100. The Cleaning Fee will be assessed at the discretion of Ridge Mountain Rentals llc. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank of gas there will be a fee of $150.00 due at time of return.
Return Condition. Where You are entitled to return Goods under these Conditions, You must return the Goods in their original condition and unopened, provided always that where, upon opening the packaging it becomes apparent that the Goods are different to what is described on the packaging or that the Goods are faulty, the Goods may be returned.
Return Condition. Upon return of the Aircraft, all of the following shall have been complied with to Lessor's satisfaction:
Return Condition a. Equipment condition will be inspected by the District before leasing and upon return of said equipment.
b. Before returning, Lessee shall remove all seed and other products from the equipment.
c. Equipment must be cleaned thoroughly before return.
d. Lessee agrees not to make alterations or modify the equipment without prior written approval from the District.
Return Condition. The Government will return vehicles to the Contractor in clean condition. The designated government representative will ensure accessories received with the vehicle are inside the vehicle at time of turn in. The contractor shall inspect the vehicle and notify the contracting officer of any damages other than normal wear and tear.
16.1 The Government shall be responsible for any damage found other than normal wear and tear. The driver of the vehicle will assist the government representative with any damage/accident reporting detailing the conditions of vehicles on the dates of turnovers to the government and returns to the contractor. The driver is expected to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or the driver will pay the Company for refueling, unless pre-payment for fuel was arranged at time of pick-up. The Government reserves the right to return any vehicle that does not meet standards and to extend the contract on vehicle on an as needed basis.
