Returns, Reports and Information. The Sponsor shall be responsible for the preparation and filing of all returns, reports, and information required of the Trust or Plan by law. The Trustee shall provide the Sponsor with such information as the Sponsor may reasonably request to make these filings. The Sponsor shall also be responsible for making any disclosures to Participants required by law including, without limitation, such disclosures as may be required by law, except such disclosure as may be required under federal or state truth-in-lending laws with regard to Participant loans, which shall be provided by the Trustee.
