Reversion to the Company. Notwithstanding anything in this Trust Agreement to the contrary, if an event of termination has occurred and Company Stock held by the Trust has not been transferred to Participants in accordance with the terms of this Trust Agreement, such Company Stock shall revert to the Company.
Reversion to the Company. Except as otherwise specifically provided by the provisions of the Trust, no part of the corpus or income of the Trust Fund shall revert to the Company or Related Company, as applicable, or be used for, or diverted to, purposes other than for the exclusive benefit of Participants and other persons entitled to benefits under the Plan, and for defraying reasonable administrative expenses of the Plan.
