Review and Reporting Requirements. (a) From time to time as the Parties agree, R&D Services Providers shall hold technical Project reviews . The reporting requirements for each Project shall be specified in the Statement of Work. (b) The following legal notice shall be affixed to each report furnished by GE Global Research to the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities hereunder and resulting from this Agreement which may be distributed other than to the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities or GE Global Research: “This report was prepared by General Electric Company, acting through its Global Research Center (GE Global Research) as an account of work sponsored in whole or in part by [General Electric Company and/or [Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entity]]. Information contained in this report may include confidential technical information which is the property of [General Electric Company and/or [Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entity]]. Neither General Electric Company, nor [Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entity], nor any person acting on their behalf: (i) makes any warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to the use of any information contained in this report, or that the use of any information, apparatus, method, or process disclosed in this report may not infringe privately-owned rights; or (ii) assumes any liabilities with respect to the use of, or for damages resulting from the use of, any information, apparatus, method, or process disclosed in this report.” (c) The following legal notice shall be affixed to each report furnished by Xxxxx Xxxxxx or its applicable Affiliate to the GE Entities hereunder and resulting from this Agreement which may be distributed other than to the GE Entities or Xxxxx Xxxxxx: “This report was prepared by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, acting through its applicable affiliate or division, as an account of work sponsored in whole or in part by Xxxxx Xxxxxx and/or [GE Entity]. Review and Reporting Requirements. The Recipient shall submit to the Permittee, Foundation, and the USACE an annual funding report ("Annual Funding Report") for each calendar year this Agreement is in effect. Each Annual Funding Report shall be submitted by the Recipient between January 1 and January 31, or at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination of this Agreement. The Annual Funding Report shall: (1) describe in reasonable detail the Land Management Activities performed by the Recipient during the immediately preceding calendar year or in the event of termination the then-current calendar year (in either case, the "Reporting Period"); (2) detail all expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Recipient for Land Management Activities performed during the Reporting Period; (3) describe any discrepancy between the Land Management Activities expected to be performed during the Reporting Period in accordance with the Management Plan and the Endowment Assessment and the Land Management Activities actually performed during the Reporting Period; and (4) describe any discrepancy between the costs of Land Management Activities as modeled in the Endowment Assessment and the costs of Land Management Activities actually performed during the Reporting Period. The Parties expressly agree and acknowledge that the Foundation is entitled to rely on the accuracy and validity of the Annual Funding Reports submitted by the Recipient and shall have no duty to independently verify the information set forth therein. The Parties further agree and acknowledge that, except as otherwise expressly permitted or required by this Agreement, the Foundation shall have neither the right nor the obligation to reduce, suspend, or otherwise modify Endowment Payments based on the contents of any Annual Funding Report, and that any remedial action under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to Endowment Payments based on the contents of any Annual Funding Report shall be the exclusive right and/or obligation of the USACE.
Review and Reporting Requirements. The Recipient shall submit to the Foundation, to CDFW and the other [insert appropriate term: IRT or CBRT agencies] an annual funding report (“Annual Funding Report”) for each calendar year this Recipient Agreement is in effect. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested. 2. The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
