Review by Xxxxxxx. Before assigning an individual to fill a Key Provider Position, Provider shall notify Xxxxxxx of the proposed assignment, shall introduce the individual to appropriate Xxxxxxx representatives as designated by Xxxxxxx SOW Manager, and shall provide Xxxxxxx with a resume and such other information as Xxxxxxx may reasonably request and the opportunity to interview such candidate. If Xxxxxxx objects to the proposed assignment, Provider shall discuss such objections with Xxxxxxx and attempt to resolve them on a mutually agreeable basis. If Xxxxxxx continues to object to the proposed assignment, Provider shall not assign that individual to that position and shall propose another individual to fill the Key Provider Position within ten (10) business days.
