Key Provider Position definition

Key Provider Position means positions of Provider identified in Exhibit C, as such list is amended from time to time.
Key Provider Position means positions of Provider as identified by the parties in writing from time to time.

  • Provider shall not remove or replace with any other person, any individual serving in a Key Provider Position without providing prior notice to the BFA Relationship Manager unless such person in a Key Provider Position is being terminated or suspended and notification is not practicable under the circumstances.

  • Provider shall not remove or replace with any other person, any individual serving in a Key Provider Position without providing prior notice to the BTC Relationship Manager unless such person in a Key Provider Position is being terminated or suspended and notification is not practicable under the circumstances.

  • In the event Provider replaces a person assigned to a Key Provider Position, Provider will promptly provide a replacement reasonably acceptable to Xxxxxxx, at Provider’s sole cost and expense.

  • If Xxxxxxx continues to object to the proposed assignment, Provider shall not assign that individual to that position and shall propose another individual to fill the Key Provider Position within ten (10) business days.

  • Before assigning an individual to fill a Key Provider Position, Provider shall notify Xxxxxxx of the proposed assignment, shall introduce the individual to appropriate Xxxxxxx representatives as designated by Xxxxxxx SOW Manager, and shall provide Xxxxxxx with a resume and such other information as Xxxxxxx may reasonably request and the opportunity to interview such candidate.

  • Before assigning an individual to a Key Provider Position, whether as an initial assignment or as a replacement, Provider shall (i) notify Company of the proposed assignment; (ii) introduce the individual to the appropriate representatives of Company; (iii) provide Company with a résumé and any other information regarding the individual that may be reasonably requested by Company; and (iv) obtain Company’s approval for such assignment.

  • Before assigning an individual to a Key Provider Position, whether as an initial assignment or as a replacement, Provider will: (i) notify the affected BFA Recipients of the proposed assignment; (ii) specify how long that individual has been employed by Provider; (iii) at a BFA Master Services Agreement 24 Recipient’s request, introduce the individual to appropriate representatives of such BFA Recipient; and (iv) consult with such BFA Recipient prior to implementing such assignment.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
