Review for Privileged / Confidential Information. The Firm shall conduct a review for privileged and/or confidential information. When necessary, Outside Counsel shall confer with Citizens regarding the identification of privileged and confidential matters. The preparation of a privilege log is ultimately the responsibility of the Firm.
