Common use of Review of Employee’s Official Personnel File Clause in Contracts

Review of Employee’s Official Personnel File. Any employee in the bargaining unit shall have access to review his/her official personnel file by providing twenty-four (24) hours advance notice to Human Resource Services. Such review shall take place during regular business hours. Human Resource Services shall make available to the employee and/or the employee’s representative reasonable use of a copying machine for less than ten (10) pages of copy. For copies in excess of ten (10) pages, the employee and/or the employee’s representative will incur reasonable costs. Cost for any copies shall be waived when copies are needed pursuant to a disciplinary action against the employee.
