Review of Files. Unit members are entitled to review materials in their personnel file which may affect the status of their employment. They cannot, however, review confidential material which was (a) obtained prior to their employment; (b) prepared by identifiable examination of committee members; or (c) obtained in connection with a promotional examination. Every unit member shall have the right to inspect such materials upon request, provided that the request is made at a time when such person is not actually required to render services to the employing district.
