Review of Lease. May be done at any time with written agreement and signed consent of both the landlord and the renter.
Review of Lease. The parties acknowledge that each party and its respective counsel have reviewed this Lease and that no rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall be employed in the interpretation of this Lease or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying below a depth of 500 feet measured vertically, from the contour of the surface, including, but not limited to, all oil, gas, casing head gas and other hydrocarbon, geothermal and mineral substances lying below said depth without the right of surface entry as reserved in the Deed from Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx et al. recorded January 6, 1981, as Series No. 81-001678, Alarneda County Records.
Review of Lease. Tenant hereby acknowledges that it has read the entire Lease and understands the provisions contained therein, and has obtained such advice and opinions concerning the lease terms as Tenant feels necessary prior to signing the Lease.

Tenant and Landlord hereby acknowledge that the terms of this Lease must be reviewed and .approved by Landlord's lender, which approval is conclusively presumed unless Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing or by facsimile within five (5) business days of the date a fully signed copy of this Lease is received by Landlord, that the approval was not granted. In the event of rejection by Landlord's lender this Lease shall be deemed null and void, Tenant shall have no right to terminate this Lease on account of this Paragraph.
Review of Lease. The parties hereto represent that they have read and understand the terms of this Lease, and that they have sought legal counsel to the extent deemed necessary in order to protect their respective interests.
Review of Lease. A written request is required for general review of the lease or for consideration of proposed changes by either party, at least 30 days prior to the final date for giving notice to terminate the lease as specified in II-A.
