Lot 2 means the separate legal parcel to be subdivided from the Lands, approximately as shown as "Lot 211 on the subdivision plan attached hereto as Appendix B;

However, the signing of amendments or any other decision or agreement implying derogation from the essential terms and conditions of the contract are not part of the competence of the managing official. For such decisions the contracting authority is represented as stipulated under the point Contracting authority. Under no circumstances is the managing official allowed to modify modalities (e.g. delivery deadlines) of the contract, even if the financial impact is nil or negative. Any commitment, change or agreement derogating the conditions in the Tender Specifications and that has not been notified by the contracting authority, will be considered null and void.
Lot 2 is Travel Management Services – Domestic and means the provision of travel management services to include the booking of rail, air, ferry, hotels, serviced accommodation, vehicle hire, coaches, taxis, and other related services; the principal focus of this Lot will be the booking of travel, accommodation and support services mainly in the UK with some international travel, accommodation and support services. Bookings are currently over 50% on-line. Air travel presently represents approximately 10% of the expenditure. The Supplier is required to support the further transition of Contracting Bodies to on-line booking;
