Review of Progress and Reports. At reasonable times and with advance notice to Artist, City has the right to review the work in progress and to require and receive progress reports from Artist. City shall have the right to visit Artist’s studio at all reasonable times to inspect and review the progress of the Artwork. Artist shall be responsible for arranging with Artist’s subcontractors for reasonable access for review and inspection of the Artwork at any subcontractors’ place of business.

Review of Progress and Reports. At reasonable times and with advance notice to Artist, VTA and/or City have/ has the right to review the work in progress and to require and receive progress reports from Artist. VTA and City shall have the right to visit Artist’s studio at all reasonable times to inspect and review the progress of the Artwork.
