Review of the Engineer. (a) The Engineer will review and act upon shop drawings and samples with reasonable promptness so as to cause no unreasonable delay in the Work, but only for conformance with the design concept of the Work and with the information given in the Contract Documents. The review of the Engineer or its agents of a given item shall not indicate approval of an assembly in which the item functions.
