Review Panel. 31.1.1.1 The purpose of the Review Panel will be to assure that classroom teachers, under mandatory review (as identified in Article X: Teacher Evaluation), receive intensive assistance. The panel will review the progress of teachers in mandatory review and report to the Board of Education annually on the progress of identified teachers.
