Common use of Review Reports and Warranty Clause in Contracts

Review Reports and Warranty. Within 45 days after receiving the Construction Documents for each phase of the project, the Construction Manager shall perform a specific review thereof, focused upon factors of a nature encompassed in Paragraph (1) above and on factors set out in Paragraph (6) below. Promptly after completion of the review, it shall submit to the Owner, with copies to the Architect-Engineer, a written report covering suggestions or recommendations previously submitted, additional suggestions or recommendations as it may deem appropriate, and all actions taken by the Architect-Engineer with respect to same, any comments it may deem to be appropriate with respect to separating the work into separate contracts, alternative materials, and all comments called for under Article 2.2
