Review Traffic Control Plans. The Utility Coordinator shall ensure traffic control plans meet with the regulations of the most recent edition of the "Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices". The Utility Coordinator must coordinate approval from the County or its Designated Representative concerning the proposed method of handling traffic prior to allowing commencement of work.
