The Reviewing Official is responsible for ensuring that the assessment is a fair and accurate assessment of the Contractor's performance for the specific contract/order and performance period. The Reviewing Official must acknowledge consideration of any significant discrepancies between the Assessing Official’s assessment and the Contractor's remarks.
