REVIEWS AND VALUATIONS. 24. JOHP will prepare reviews of the Portfolio incorporating an up-to-date valuation of each investment comprised in the Portfolio and a statement of the basis on which it was valued on a six monthly basis or at such other frequency as may be agreed between JOHP and the Client. Such reviews shall be prepared as at such half yearly or other dates as shall be agreed between JOHP and the client from time to time (each such date being referred to as a "Valuation Date"), and JOHP will send such reviews to the Client within twenty-five business days of each Valuation Date.
