Reviews of tenured Bargaining Unit. Faculty Members are only performed at the request of the Member. The Department Promotion and Tenure Committee shall provide any tenured faculty member in the Bargaining Unit a statement summarizing the individual Member’s progress toward promotion provided the Member requests it in writing by the first day of classes of the Spring Semester; such a request must be sent to the Chair of the Department Promotion and Tenure Committee with a copy to the Department Chair.
