Common use of Revision of Fee Clause in Contracts

Revision of Fee. 23.2.1 The Parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Fee shall be revised annually on April 1 subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Fee Rules; provided, however, that no revision shall be effected within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of the preceding revision of Fee.
