Revision of Sampling and Analytical Procedures. The procedures set forth in the Exhibits referred to in this article are believed to be the most satisfactory ones now available. However, better procedures may become available. Each of said Exhibits may be revised from time to time, without formal amendment to this Agreement; provided that each such revision shall require the written approval of Buyer and XXX.
