Revocation/Payment. Executive acknowledges and agrees that he has seven days from the date of the execution of this Agreement within which to rescind or revoke this Agreement by providing notice in writing to Employer. To revoke this Agreement, Executive must deliver written notice of such revocation to [Name, Title, Address] no later than [Date]. Executive further understands that the Agreement will have no force and effect until the end of that seventh day (the “Waiver Effective Date”), and that he will receive the benefits identified in Section 2 above after the Waiver Effective Date and following Employer’s receipt of the Agreement as executed by Executive if the Agreement is not revoked. If Executive revokes the Agreement pursuant to this Section 14, Employer will not be obligated to provide Executive with the separation payments identified in Section 2 and other benefits described in this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be deemed null and void.
Revocation/Payment. After you sign this Agreement and send the signed copy to Xxxxx Xxxxxx (xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ fax to 000-000-0000), you will have seven (7) days to revoke it if you change your mind. If you want to revoke the Agreement, you must deliver a written revocation within seven (7) days after you signed it to the Company representative signing below. This Agreement will not be effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired.
Revocation/Payment. If Executive revokes the Agreement pursuant to this Section 4, the Company will not be obligated to pay or provide Executive with the Benefits, and this Agreement shall be deemed null and void.

If I do not revoke this Agreement within the seven (7) day period, the Agreement shall become irrevocable. I further understand that if I revoke this Agreement, I shall not receive the Benefits.

If You do not revoke this Agreement within the seven (7) day period, You will receive the Severance Benefits.

I further understand I may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after its signing and that any revocation shall be made in writing and submitted within this seven (7) day period to the Manager, Human Resources at the Montreal Head Office (address below). If I do not revoke this Agreement within the seven (7) day period, the Agreement shall become irrevocable. I further understand that if I revoke this Agreement, I shall not receive the severance pay and outplacement benefits.
Revocation/Payment. Executive acknowledges and agrees that she has seven days from the date of the execution of this Agreement (the “Revocation Deadline”) within which to rescind or revoke this Agreement by providing notice in writing to Employer. To revoke this Agreement, Executive must deliver written notice of such revocation to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Vice President, Human Resources at xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx by no later than the end of the day on the Revocation Deadline. Executive further understands that the Agreement will have no force and effect until the end of the day on the Revocation Deadline (the “Waiver Effective Date”), and that she will receive the benefits identified in Section 2 above after the Waiver Effective Date and following Employer’s receipt of the Agreement as executed by Executive if the Agreement is not revoked. If Executive revokes the Agreement pursuant to this Section 15, Employer will not be obligated to provide Executive with the separation payments and benefits identified in Section 2 and this Agreement shall be deemed null and void.
Revocation/Payment. Foxx acknowledges and agrees that he has seven days from the date of the execution of this Agreement within which to rescind or revoke this Agreement by providing notice in writing to BKEP. Foxx further understands that the Agreement will have no force and effect until the end of that seventh day (the “Waiver Effective Date”), and that, he will receive the payments and benefits identified in Section 2 above following BKEP’s receipt of the Agreement as executed by Foxx if the Agreement is not revoked prior to the Waiver Effective Date. If Foxx revokes the Agreement pursuant to this Section 17, this Agreement shall be deemed null and void.
Revocation/Payment. I further understand that I may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after its signing and that any revocation shall be made in writing and submitted within this seven (7) day period to the designated Human Resources Manager at Elan. If I do not revoke this Agreement within the seven (7) day period, this Agreement shall become irrevocable. I further understand that if I revoke this Agreement, I shall not receive the severance pay or any severance benefits.
Revocation/Payment. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he has seven (7) days from the date of the execution of this Agreement within which to rescind or revoke this Agreement by providing notice in writing to the Company. Employee further understands that the Agreement will have no force and effect until the end of that seventh day (the “Waiver Effective Date”). If Employee revokes the Agreement pursuant to this Section 23, the Company will not be obligated to pay or provide Employee with the benefits described in this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be deemed null and void.
