RFP, ELECTRONIC PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND EXHIBITS. Plans, specifications and exhibits may be obtained by visiting the District’s website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/portal/13982/bo/bo-search. Prime Proposers are advised that proposed subcontractors should obtain their own RFP and sets of plans, specifications and exhibits from the District website, so that they will be placed on the District’s email list for addenda. The District will not be responsible for sending addenda to any person not listed on prospective proposer list.

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.

  • IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS In the event that you believe there has been an error with respect to any original check or image thereof transmitted to the Credit Union for deposit or a breach of this Agreement and Disclosure, you will immediately contact the Credit Union regarding such error or breach as set forth below. • By calling the Credit Union at: 000-000-0000; • By emailing the Credit Union at: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx; or • By writing a letter and sending it to P.O. In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).

  • Implementation Specifications 1. The accounting shall contain the date, nature, and purpose of such disclosures, and the name and address of the person or agency to whom the disclosure is made.
