Common use of Right of Broker to Cancel Clause in Contracts

Right of Broker to Cancel. Brokerage Firm may cancel this Tenant Listing Contract upon written notice to Tenant if 185 Tenant fails to reasonably cooperate with Broker or Tenant defaults under this Tenant Listing Contract. Any rights of Brokerage 186 Firm that accrued prior to cancellation will survive such cancellation. 187 11. COST OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES.
