Showing Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord and its authorized agents and employees, acting reasonably and without interrupting the Tenant’s business, to show the Premises: (a) to prospective tenants during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, inclusive, of the last six (6) months of the Term, or if the Tenant has exercised a right to extend the Term under section 3.2, the last six (6) months of such Extension Term; and (b) to prospective purchasers and lenders during the hours set forth in section 5.10(a) throughout the Term and any Extension Terms. The Landlord shall give the Tenant reasonable prior notice of any such showing, and at the request of the Tenant shall effect such showing in the company of a Tenant representative (provided that the Tenant shall not unreasonably delay such showing by reason of making a Tenant representative available).
Showing Premises. Lessor shall have the right during normal business hours, and upon reasonable notice to Lessee, to show the Premises to prospective lessees or Purchasers of the Building or any part thereof at any time.
