Showing Premises. Tenant acknowledges that Xxxxxx has explained the possible methods used by listing brokers, 198 landlords and sublandlords to show premises, and the limitations (if any) on Tenant and Xxxxxx being able to access premises due 199 to such methods. Broker’s limitations on accessing premises are as follows: . 200 Broker, through Brokerage Firm, has access to the following multiple listing services and property information services: 201 . 202 203
Showing Premises. The Tenant shall permit the Landlord and its authorized agents and employees, acting reasonably and without interrupting the Tenant’s business, to show the Premises:
(a) to prospective tenants during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, inclusive, of the last six (6) months of the Term, or if the Tenant has exercised a right to extend the Term under section 3.2, the last six (6) months of such Extension Term; and
(b) to prospective purchasers and lenders during the hours set forth in section 5.10(a) throughout the Term and any Extension Terms. The Landlord shall give the Tenant reasonable prior notice of any such showing, and at the request of the Tenant shall effect such showing in the company of a Tenant representative (provided that the Tenant shall not unreasonably delay such showing by reason of making a Tenant representative available).
Showing Premises. Lessor shall have the right during normal business hours, and upon reasonable notice to Lessee, to show the Premises to prospective lessees or Purchasers of the Building or any part thereof at any time.
Showing Premises. The Tenant agrees that Landlord may show the Premises to prospective Tenants and may display in and about the Premises and in the windows thereof the usual and ordinary “To Rent” signs.
Showing Premises. Lessor may show the premises to prospective purchasers and mortgagees and, during the six months prior to termination of this Lease, to prospective tenants, during business hours upon reasonable notice to Lessee.
Showing Premises. At any time in business hours during the last six (6) months of the Term, the Landlord may show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and for that purpose, the Landlord, its agents, and prospective tenants may enter upon and inspect all parts of the Leased Premises. In addition, the Landlord may at any time during the Term show the Leased Premises to prospective mortgagees or purchasers of the Project, and for that purpose, its and their agents and employees may enter upon and inspect all parts of the Leased Premises. In so doing, the Landlord shall interfere as little as possible with the Leased
Showing Premises. During the final four (4) months of the Lease term, Landlord shall be permitted to show prospective tenants the Leased Premises upon giving Tenant twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Any showings will be done in a manner that will not unreasonably disturb Tenant's business.
Showing Premises. In the event of the termination of this Lease or for 180 days prior to the expiration of this Lease, Landlord shall have reasonable access to the Premises for the purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective tenants. Landlord may place a sign or signs on the Premises at any time which advertises the availability of the Premises for lease or for sale.
Showing Premises. Repairs Lessor and Lessor’s agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times after reasonable prior notice for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or tenants, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable and the erecting, using and maintaining of utilities, services, pipes and conduits through the Premises and/or other premises as long as there is no material adverse effect on Xxxxxx's use of the Premises. AIL such activities shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee.
Showing Premises. Upon twenty four (24) hours’ advanced notice, to permit the Landlord and its authorized agents and employees to show the Premises and, if applicable, the License Area to prospective tenants during the normal business hours of the last three months of the Term.
