Right of Class Members to Object. 36. Any Class Member may object to the Settlement Agreement by filing with the Court and serving on Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel written objections postmarked no later than thirty (30) days after the date on which the Notice of Class Action Settlement was first sent to such member (“Objection Deadline”). All objections must include a written statement setting forth all the bases for the objection, accompanied by any evidence that the Class Member intends to offer in support of any objection.
