Common use of Right of Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Right of Xxxxxx. 11.1.1 Any political subdivision or local governmental body within the State of New Mexico (or any other jurisdiction within the United States) may be granted the privilege of joining the awarded contract, only at the option of the Contractor. If the Contractor so grants such a privilege, the terms and conditions of the RFP documents, including the ensuing contract, may be passed on to the joining political subdivision or local governmental body by the Contractor.
